Ive called and called and called and have gotten no response and its very important someone calls me back. i have an 8 month old, a 12 yr old and a disabled husband and i have no income and close to no food. I did my redetermination packet for my food stamps and my county case worker put all my info into the computer and for some reason it wasnt authorized so she called the state human services to fix the problem days ago and its still not done. Why cant i get any help? Im begging this office for help please fix the problem so we can eat. I havent been able to get groceries since december 6th 2015. And now its january 12th.
