First, Belinda, at the call center. After waiting over a half hour to get a call back I spoke with Belinda. She first asked what insurance provider I had, answered the question and didn't hear about any issues with that. Then I told her where I lived and she continued to give me both locations. With that information, I also assumed there weren't going to be any issues. Second, today I arrived at the closest location to me. (I arrived yesterday at 3pm to be told they were unable to see anybody for the remaining 4 hours of business when the waiting room was empty.) When I was finally able to turn in my sign in paperwork, I was told that they were unable to see me due to my insurance AND location at where I live. If properly informed over the phone, I wouldn't have wasted 48 hours dealing with this "company" Third, I called Belinda back to inform her that she's been giving misleading information. She first tried to deny even speaking with me and acted as if I didn't know who I spoke to. She didn't even attempt an apology until after I told her I deserved one and would like to speak to get manager, Lauren. I left a detailed message on Lauren's answering machine and am still waiting to hear back from them. I honestly don't plan on then calling me back since I don't feel this company has any integrity due to NOBODY being on the same page at any level there. Would give 0 stars if an option. Only caused more mental health problems than solved in my personal opinion. UPDATE: Lauren did in fact call back, she seems to be the only one I interacted with that went out of her way to provide USEFUL information.

I just do not know why I have been thrown at this Hospital , I just went to Northglenn police station to say why I was a victim at my jobs and he threw me at an Emergency room and then they sent me to this Hospital by force and I was told to take pills in order to see my son ,then left my son at a foster home since September 2016 till now with no visitation and sent bills to the collection agency, So what health is this???!!! This process is a good process for killing a Beautiful, Strong and loving Mom and they will say that she was sick and died.

Arriving at 8am is key. This location is clean and very kid friendly. We were treated kindly and with respect. Great place to start in my child's mental health journey. It's best if you go on a Tues/Thurs for kids psych

My husband and I come here together, & our children are seen here as well. (We would definitely recommend this place). My husband and I used to see Michael, whoom we both loved having together! We now got signed to Mr. Jessie. We love this place!

Went there today as a walk-in. Waited about 30 minutes after filling out intake papers before someone told me I could be seen in about 45 minutes. Okay,went and did some errands. Back about 5 minutes before I was told I would be seen. Waited...waited...waited...waited...finally THIRTY minutes later I remind the receptionist it was now THIRTY minutes after I was told I would be seen. s She says "oh let me call her". I shook my head and started to walk out. She says " are you leaving?", " I think she's coming now". No she should have been coming thirty minutes ago. Awful place.
