Second time today that I do not know what they are doing, we had an appointment. We have waited for more than an hour. I let them know & they keep us waiting some more.

Bad care and impersonal. Mind numbingly terrible at prescribing meds that patients need.

Very rude and snappy over the phone. When asking a question like they dont care about other peoples lives. If your having a crisis avoid the "mental center" and just got to the hospital.

The therapists here are really awesome so I'm not going to take that away from them. But the administrative staff at this location and the way things are done are ridiculous. If you try to refill your medication, good luck getting anybody and if you leave a message no one will call you back. And when you go in plan on sitting there for a good two to three hours before you're seen. This needs to change and the approach needs to be reexamined for the intake process.
