Crisis Services Clinician

I needed help and without this place and the amazing people there i wouldn't have made it. The therapists are awesome! I wish i could have had the therapist i had in there when i got out.

Good people, doing their best with what they got. Could use some more supplies and staff, but otherwise I'd rather be here than alone.

The intake process is lengthy, but if admitted the staff is great. Very responsive to your needs. Ready to listen and help at anytime. Groups are well planned and depending on who runs them well ran and controlled. Better than any inpatient I've been in. My first choice if I need placement.

This should not be called Crisis Stabilization Unit. First "crisis" they pack you off to UC Health ED. Crisis includes yelling, it "scares" them. Unless you are mostly okay, this place is useless, not interested in helping.

Amazing, extremely understanding and caring staff. This place made me feel safe and well cared for as well as taught me so many coping skills with the regular groups. It was a Godsend to have been sent here!!
