This hotel is nice to stay at. The staff is very helpful to whatever needs you may have. The pool is a bit on the small side but fairly nice. Average priced for stay. It could use a little updating, but over all... comfortable.

The first impression was great. The front desk person was sweet and welcoming.then came the room. The. Bed was the only clean thing in the room. There was hairs and grim everywhere. Big clump of hair The the whirlpool tub. The room looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a long time. The carpet was pulling up and apart on part of the floor. Should have left when we saw the room. Will not be going back.

A very clean & comfortable place! The clerk up front, Ryan Barber was so nice, efficient & exceptionally nice-even brought warm cookies for a snack at 5pm. Soup is at 7 he said!!

The Shining Star in an otherwise miserable trip! Our trip began on Saturday the 14th of April. We booked a room for 2 nights and the breakfast area for 3 hours on Sunday the 15th for my daughter's baby shower. I'm from Montague, our family still lives in the Montague/Whitehall area. So it made sense to have the shower back home. After having to cancel the party because of an unpredictable ice/snow/ sleet storm (in mid April) the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. From The Amazing front desk help, who I lovingly called a Majestic Beast, rescheduled my party to a later date in May at no extra cost. The kind cleaning staff and the sweet woman in the breakfast area who at 10:30 (breakfast is over at 10) got the waffle maker going and brought everything out for me to make my daughter's breakfast in bed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Great place to stay! Jacuzzi sweet is the best room to stay with the one you love! 💕Staff is nice, and also a great breakfast! Would recommend, and we will stay there again! Thank you for a nice 2 day vacation! Back to Vegas!
