Hampton Inn Marshall

Great location right off of the highway. The conference rooms were nice size clean. Bathrooms were clean. Lobby area was nicely decorated.

GOOD: Front Desk staff OK Room & hotel's interior dated but clean for most part, usual breakfast, plenty of parking- even for semi trucks. BAD: DIRTY TOILET!!!! LEFT OVER DIRTY/USED TOWEL HANGING ON THE BATH CURTIN!!!! ROOM SMELL SOMEWHAT-not sure what it was? FROZEN MILK AT BREAKFAST SET UP-WEIRD WORST: AT THE CHECK OUT I COULD NOT GET A RECEIPT DUE TO" SYSTEM DOWN" ??? SHOULD HAVE IMPLEMENTED A BACK UP PLAN... SAY...LIKE A PIECE OF PAPER AND A PENCIL????MAYBE NEED LITTLE RETRAINING!!!NOT SURE- BUT SOUNDED LIKE EXCUSES.

A little dated with the decor. But the hotel is very clean and we'll maintained. The excercise room is adequate and the breakfast is well stocked.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Marshall while visiting family for the holidays. Check in was easy as they now have early check in on line. Once arrived check in was stop at desk, get room key. Lobby was open and bright, clean. Receptionist was welcoming, warm, friendly. Elevators located close to door and clean. Room was ready, clean. We spent just one night. Check out was done while we slept. So up and departure done quickly. I highly recommend Hampton inn Marshall for all travelers.
