Holiday Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Univ. Michigan Area

First-time stay at this Holiday Inn. I was cheerfully greeted by front desk staff upon arrival and check in went smoothly. My only suggestion is the staff offer information to guests regarding the property and amenities. The room layout was nice and the bed was comfortable. There was construction materials (paint?) on the entryway and bath floor that gave the appearance of a dirty floor. Otherwise the room was well kept. The breakfast was good. Bartender was super friendly and great conversationalist.

This is great place to be with friends and family because it's a relaxed campus with serene atmosphere. This is coupled with its excellent service making this hotel great. The only thing that I don't like is that there is no bin for wet towels in the pool or the gym. Don't let this discourage you from coming because the food is great, the people are great, and you will enjoy your stay just as much as I did even with the almost non-noticeable flaws it has currently, which are also very likely to change soon. We went to the Holiday inn for our son's hockey tournament. It was a perfect hotel for swimming, and a small workout space and very kid friendly. The staff were accommodating and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. No luxury here but very comfortable and spacious. Also, very close to the highways and a ton of restaurants nearby. Great spot.

Front desk staff very nice, and helpful. Clean room, seemed to be newly remodeled. Cute little lounge. Only problem I could point out is a lack of housekeeping during our stay.

In the process of remodeling so I hope the new rooms are nice. Typical motel breakfast. Nice little bar area for hanging out at the end of the day
