The other time we were here everything was great. This time though, we got here and found out that they had given us a king bed, instead of two queen beds like we asked. They gave us the next room over. That was great, until our other family members got there and we found out that the hotel had given us their room, even though they had also requested two queen beds. Because a king bed is considered an upgrade from two queens, there was nothing that could be done. One member of the staff was rude to us thoughout this process. Though they do have free cookies and coffee, which are great.

What a nice surprise in the middle of the night when I could barely stay up. The front desk clerk was wonderful. The rooms were VERY clean and spacious. I'm glad I found it.

The beds and pillows are the most comfortable of all the hotel/motels that I have ever stayed at. Plus, there is a free HOT breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Comfy modern hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice variety for breakfast.
