Hampton Inn Ann Arbor-North

The place was pretty clean. There were some dusty spots in the bathroom and main room and one of the tiles in the bathroom was cracked. Our toilet ran all night but it wasn't too loud. The room was quiet and the breakfast bar wasn't bad. Seating is limited at least on a Saturday morning. The front desk staff is very kind and having the Apple Bees attached to the hotel is a fun added bonus.

Clean room, excellent service, fantastic breakfast! I can't say enough good things about this place. We were there for a graduation and the front desk gave us graduation-themed swag bags and had a spread set out in the afternoon as all of the families were checking in the day before. Later my kids wanted to make graduation cards and the front desk provided a little free pack of crayons for each kid. After a while my kids were being too loud and the front desk called saying they received a complaint but they were completely respectful and helpful about it. Breakfast this morning included cheesy omelets, waffles, pastries, fruit, cereal, toast, granola, yogurt..... I could go on. Parking was free and plentiful and there was a very clean pool that unfortunately we didn't get to try. Hotwire said this place was 2.5 stars but it felt like a 4 star place - thanks for a great stay!

The location was easy access right off the highway. The room was cozy, clean, and we'll appointed. The beds, and pillows, and blankets were sooo comfy I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. And the breakfast was just perfect, hot and fresh, with several options. All in all, a perfect night (and morning) in a hotel.

Would never stay here again due to the rude staff and management. Quiet time is 10:30pm, and from 7p to 8:30p, the hotel guests in the lobby were harassed for talking too loudly and socializing. We booked several rooms for a sports tournament, and were kind and encouraging to other teams within the building. Those other teams were allowed to run up and down the hallways, elevators and stairs until 12am the previous night and ride hover boards in the hallways starting at 6am. Those are actions that were blamed on us. Maybe in the future, they should put all the teams together and not spread them throughout the hotel and they can isolate their problem guests. The sales rep should not invite large groups and then threaten to make them leave for loitering in the lobby, knowing full well that leaving the hotel kicks us out of the tournament. If they are going to invite large groups as such, then they should have accommodations for parents of these groups to be able to socialize. Been to several other tournaments and several other Hampton Inns, this one by far was the worst stay!!!!

Had a nice stay there for a couple of weeks. Room big enough and clean, nice people. Free parking available close to the hotel and good free internet connection with premium access as option.
