Excellent hotel with good restaurant. The rooms are large and clean. Very comfortable beds with lots of great pillows . Absolutely fantastic pool that is inside and outside with a small hot tub. Very good workout room. There is also a hair salon/barber shop.

Love staying at the Holiday Inn. This was my second time staying there and the staff is very pleasant and rooms are nice! I have used the STELLA EXPRESS for my rides to and from Detroit Metro Airport and I feel the need to share information about this exceptional ride service! I have used the STELLA EXPRESS (734-741-3436).service each timr I have been to Ann Arbor and she is not only on time on her pick-ups but also affordable AND, a wonderful person to chat with! Though the hallways give off the feeling of a much older hotel, the rooms are nice, the lobby is updated and the amenities are modern. Breakfast was delicious, but we wished it were included. Instead, we had to place an order by voicemail, which was not received and required us to contact the front desk to get our order in. Otherwise, it's a nice stay for those looking for a comfortable place for just a few nights at an affordable price.

My stay here was for the week in a king-size room. The room is clean and spaces, the thermostat worked really well to heat and cool the room, in the bathroom was very clean! Daily room service was prompt in the attendant was very cordial! There is a Pool, Spa, Car Rental, convenience store, a restaurant and lounge, and there is entertainment some weekends and weekdays. Parking is ample. There is also a laundry facilities. This is a typical Holiday Inn, you really can't go wrong for the price, the amenities, and the security of being well looked after.

Accommodations were nice (mini-fridge and microwave in the room with a pool and hot tub in the common area). I was very frustrated with the advertising, pricing, and customer service. When we got there, they told us we could have gotten a cheaper rate if we told them we were going to the children's hospital (but they couldn't do anything about it, because we booked through a third party). On their website, they said children eat free at the hotel restaurant, so we planned our evening with that in mind. After we had ordered, they told us we had to go to the front desk to get a coupon for the free meal. So I left my two toddlers with my wife and went to the front desk, only to be told that because we went through a third party to book our room, this offer was not available to us. They said that booking through a third party makes the room cheaper, so they aren't able to give the additional perks (even though they told us we actually paid more!). Bottom line, a hotel should treat their guests like guests, regardless of how they booked their room. Don't make me and my family feel like second-rate citizens because of how we came to your hotel. For the $10 they saved by not feeding my children, they certainly lost a happy customer!
