Super modern, clean, well designed hotel with plenty of space to stretch out in the rooms. Its in a great location that's convenient to the freeway, the Big House and downtown A2. Staff was accommodating and personable. It appears to be a very busy hotel, yet everything looked as good as new without a hint of wear. Amenities include a fitness center, 24 hour business center, a small bar/restaurant attached to the lobby which has tons of seating, plus it has an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit. I slept like I was in my own bed!

Prior to this trip, I had not stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn. This trip has made me a loyal customer. First of all, the location was readily accessible from the highway which made my approach and exit easy. The hotel was full for my stay, but the parking lot was set up so that even when I came back to the room late at night, I was never far from the entrance (which was convenient, as the weather was terrible all weekend).
The hotel bar/restaurant is stylish with a friendly staff and well made drinks. The lobby is close to the pool, but there is no chlorine smell. I was very impressed with the pool, it was much more family friendly than a traditional hotel pool. There were pool toys available as well as a water basketball hoop. Pools are usually only fun for little kids and adults who want to swim laps, this was much more inclusive.
When I got to the room, it was waiting at a comfortable temperature, which is something that a lot of hotels don't do. Usually when I arrive at a hotel the room is arctic. Here, it was at a comfortable 70 degrees. I didn't use the microwave, but the in-room Keurig was great. The bed was comfortable, and both the shower and faucet water heated quickly and were at a reasonable pressure.
My check in and check out process were very quick, and the front desk staff were awesome. They had easy directions to follow for local food, and despite a small line they were never rude or seemed rushed. They also were very efficient in moving through that line.
I am in Ann Arbor at least once per year, and I've definitely found the place I'll be staying moving forward.

Our clients are touring entertainers like musician Jennifer Westwood, and they spend a lot of time in hotels while performing so they know what it takes to be a great property like this one! The staff is amazing, and very friendly (even after 2am!) and the room is perfectly comfortable and quiet. There's a snack pantry that's open 24hrs which was perfect for the late night munchies, and the on-site restaurant was a perfect lunch spot before hitting the road again. Thank you for taking such great care of our clients, and we look forward to staying with you again!

I have stayed here many times. The service is excellent, rooms are clean. Pool is a fun for the kids.... Concierge center is nice.... Includes beer for sale! Food in restaurant was lacking but not horrible.

We stayed here for a figure skating competition. The hotel was very pretty, comfortable, clean and welcoming. When we made the reservation online, we made note of our daughter's celiac disease. The hotel made special arrangements so she could have pancakes or French toast for breakfast. No hotel has ever done that for us before. The staff really works hard to take care of everyone.
