I was infested with viruses so instead of buying a new laptop now (October) I wanted to wait for any Christmas specials so I took it in hoping to have it repaired at a reasonable cost.  Computer Services was able to provide this for me.  They had it done in the two days they promised, at a very reasonable rate.  The only reason I did not give them a 5 star is because they did not mention to me that I would loose Window's.  Most people would probably know this but I am older and did not realize that.  Both the Manager and the gentleman that actually worked on my laptop were very knowledgeable in assisting me on how to resolve this issue.
