We bought a wheelchair that insurance was to pay for. We are ending up paying the whole price of the chair. From the beginning they were incorrect on info they gave us; were billing our credit card for balance every month till they didn’t and we got collection calls; when we call with billing questions nobody can tell us anything. I will never go to Cooley Medical again. One star because we have a new wheelchair and I can’t complain about the actual product.

Always very helpful, staff has always been ready to do what they can. It is so seldom that I see good customer service anymore, that I want to say a special thank you. Cooley Medical in Lex, KY rocks 🙏🤗

Outstanding staff. I needed some medical products for my mother and the folks at Cooley were incredibly helpful. I had no idea what was needed and these folks were able to provide my mother with the care and items I wasn't able to attend to. Thank you so much. I'd recommend anyone with a medical equipment need to Cooley. What a terrific group.

Worst medical supply ever. I have been trying for over a week to get dura derm patches for a seven yr old with 2nd degree burn. Each time I call I get a different ans. Even though they have the prescription they now have to talk to a Dr. This is about the 5th call and anwers to my questions have been different each time. I guess their staff are not very well informed.

Former customer as of today. Cooley Medical was my supply company for the past 6 or so years. In the past 8 months, starting in August or July 2014, they've become unreliable. I've had incomplete orders several months, order more than 2 weeks late (once), a week late this month. I've spoken with the manager, and although she is very nice and apologetic, the service and reliability are NOT improving. If one more medical supply provider uses the term, "challenging times in the current environment" I'm going to go off the deep edge. What about me? If I can't pee or breath for a week because the same supplies I order every month suddenly take weeks to deliver, those hollow words mean nothing to me. Now I know why several good, reliable employees left and went to other companies. I'm going to call around and see if I can find someone local since Cooley wants to take their cut off the top but have some other company drop ship them directly to my door. Based on their unreliability, I think my best course of action is to skip Cooley and have my supplies shipped from the same company they would use. Cutting one step out of the process might improve my delivery time.
