NAPS

The office staff is the worst and was unprofessional contradicted the information they gave me when I stopped by their office. Later that day I email the information to the office but was told unlike earlyer in the day it was no longer valid. I guess there business is so good they do not need mine.

It seems that some people are a little reluctant to undergo a sleep test. But, once they get the results and learn about the importance of solid sleep in our lives, they wonder "why didn't I do this sooner?" I put off a sleep test for a long time and, thanks to the advice of a co-worker, discovered Frank and his staff at NAPS a few years ago. They worked with my doctor and took care of the insurance paperwork. From the start, the people at NAPS made me feel very comfortable about CPAP appliances and finding the proper fit. The people I worked with at NAPS knew the products and made some great recommendations. The follow-up and support is always there. Their patience makes a difference. Yes, why didn't I do this sooner?

When you visit NAPS for your sleep apnea supplies you will find a huge selection of masks, machines and other things you may want or need. In addition to that you will enjoy the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They know how to help you choose the right fit for excellent therapy and continued good sleep. I recommend them highly. I have tried 2 other companies, and you can believe me that NAPS leaves them in the dust.

Frank is the greatest. Very knowledgable and friendly. Makes you feel comfortable. I drove past another sleep apnea supplier to get to NAPS.

Starting therapy for sleep apnea can be daunting. The best help you can get will be from the people at NAPS. Your doctor will write the order for equipment, but that only draws your starting line. The NAPS therapist will expertly fit you with one of the many masks they have available in stock and on display. Then the therapist will explain and demonstrate all the ins and outs of making the therapy work for you. If you have problems you can count on good suggestions for solving them. The office staff can get you through the insurance maze in no time. Next thing you know, you will be sleeping the night away. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Get yourself to NAPS!
