They've been great about working with my insurance for my sleep apnea supplies. They're helpful and honest advice has saved me even more money without sacrificing results. Service is always fast, friendly, and exceeds expectations.

Very unprofessional! Quality of patient care is deplorable. If you chose this facility for its convenient location to where u reside, you might want to rethink the word convenience. It would of been more convenient to drive a little further just to recieve the quality of care that we all deserve and expect. My father has been waiting a month for paperwork and insurance to accept the prescription according to them, but according to his insurance companies and the referral doctor this information is ludicrous. Run to a different facility as fast as you can!!!!! Breathing is a very important ascpect of life to the most of us, to this facility not so much!! I'm glad I am here for my father, could only imagine if he didnt have anyone to speak up for him.

Don't use them. They seem like nice people, but they mess up everything. They will not inform you of what things will cost you before recommending new products and they will mess up your billing big time as well. I was sent to collections for bills in 2013 but was not billed for them in full until 2014. I paid the money they said was my part during 2013, so imagine my surprise when I got a bill for over $400. The last bill I got was for $84, the next month it was over $400. When I asked why my bill jumped from $84.00 to over $400 they said Humana had not paid them until now, therefore they were not sure what my 2013 bill would be. I paid half at that time and explained my financial situation and that this bill was too huge for me to pay all at once, especially since I've so many other medical bills. They said it was fine, that at least I pay my bills, some people never pay. The the next thing I know, I'm being sent to GLA collections. Although they resolved part of the issue, I still seemed to owe GLA money for 2013. How when the mess up was Evercare's fault? I never should have been sent to GLA to start. I'm currently looking for another provider, but no one close to La Grange. Because of their mistakes, I will most likely have to get my supplies an hour from home. I also don't recall ever being sent a warning that I was being sent to GLA. If I had, I'm sure I would have called them asap to make some sort of arrangement. I know I've been ill and could have overlooked it, but I have since looked through my files and don't see a thing saying I was being sent to collections. I am giving it a two star instead of one because they do seem genuinely nice. But I think they need to resolve their accounting issues before they cause credit issues for anyone else. Sorry this is so lengthy, but I think people need to be aware of the problems this company has before they find themselves in the situation I found myself in.
