Terrible service at the Jeffersonville, IN location!!! Called the Louisville, KY location to request a mask and asked if I could pick it up at the Jeffersonville location since my grandkids lived a mile away and I was going to go see them the next day. They said yes no problem but when I went to the Jeff location the store was filled with boxes and the woman came out of the back in a huff and asked if I had an appointment. When I said no and before I could explain why I was there she said in a loud hateful voice 'who do you think you are and why do you think its fair to those that have appointments that you just walk in.' I looked around and said I really don't think the boxes will mind if I'm just here to pick up a mask. She said she did not have time, so I went to my car got the machine and said I don't have time for rudeness and that I'd find another company gave her my info and left. Months later I find out that they had still been billing me and medicare for equipment I didn't even have. Verry bad service and over charge people and medicare.
