One of the worst experiences I’ve had with medical provider in Louisville ever. Rude, apathetic, uninformed, they actually lie to you about what’s going on, they even called my emergency contact just because according to them, they couldn’t reach me (another lie), worrying my father about my health. Do not do business with this organization if you value your health, privacy, and sanity.
