I am very pleased with Google service and personnel they have gone out of their way to resolve my needs with my map Supply I would recommend their services to anyone in the need of any type of medical supplies especially with sleep apnea needs

The staff at the Dixie Highway are so pleasant and nice to deal with. Wish all companies had employees like this. Sunny has always gone over and above the necessary steps to handle all our concerns. LOVE THEM here.

Staff was friendly and helpful, however, we were told at time of purchase that the patient portion of my daughters crutches was $0.00 after insurance. Received a letter in the mail 4/5/18 stating we owed 29.99 and the bill was due 4/2/18. (29.99 is more expensive than purchasing elsewhere without insurance.) called customer service and they lowered it to $20.00 which made it a better deal. The fact that a bill was sent after its due date and that we were billed at all after being told patient portion was $0 shows a major issue in either training or logistics.

A lady named Kathy answered the phone. She was very friendly , helpful & knowledgeable. I have a post op brace & one of the buckles doesn't snap on one side & I've only had this 4 days.. She told me to bring it in tomorrow & someone will check it out. So far so good..we'll see 👍

The ladies at Gould’s are so nice, I was able to get in and out with exactly what I needed with in less than an hour! And my busy schedule it was nice. Thank you ladies!
