Dismal customer service, from your first encounter at the front desk. Complaining about that does no good because they obviously don’t care. They are fantastic at robo-calling, though, if you enjoy that.

After reading reviews I decided to still give them a try. WRONG IDEAL!!! The staff there are very unprofessional and RUDE!!!! BEWARE!!! The guy that sits at the front desk thinks it’s his company. Very ignorant person!!!! Go else where. I was warned by the rating and still went don’t make that mistake.

Very difficult to work with. Staff is rude, no sense of urgency what so ever. Never have the supplies needed in stock and have to order. When ordering once again no sense of urgency. Been without mask a week due to their internal process. The lady I spoke with only had excuses and not willing to help to find a solution.

This company is the worst. They will not fix anything in a timely manner. They tell you at your broke your wheelchair on purpose . Tell you that your insurance will not paid but yet when you call your insurance you can give it approve. The will bill you two year later for who know what - the bill just say MISC. STAY AWAY maybe they will go bankrupkey

I found the office staff to be knowledgeable and caring. They assisted me with all my needs and showed up promptly to deliver items. I would definitely refer them to a friend!!!
