Corwin Ford is great with very friendly, professional sale and sale management representatives working there. Particularly, we were very much impressed with the excellent assistance, service and high standard of customer care from Mr. Stephen Huang! If it was possible I would even like to give his service a seven star rather than a five star!! Stephen is super nice, very friendly, agreeable, and professional. With his excellent expertise he did all his best to help us. Thank you Stephen and your colleagues who assisted us! We really appreciate our purchase experience with you at Corwin Ford last night. It's a car dealership, so experiences will vary. Good overall, but service pricing is sketchy. Oil change is advertised at one price, quoted a higher price at the counter, then charged a still higher price that was conveniently rounded up when they finished. An oil change isn't hard to figure out how to price--get it together, Corwin. Review updated from 3 stars to 4. While performing some minor warranty service, technician inspected my vehicle and found a very minor oil leak at the top of the engine. The service advisor called me and let me know what they had found, and that it was covered under warranty as well. Very positive service experience.

Had an 11am appointment and they brought it promptly in at 11 and serviced the truck, changed both fuel filters. The whole service was done in a little over an hour! Nice clean place and everyone I talked to was super friendly!

My experience with Corwin Ford and the salesman Tanner Davis was a good one. Bought a van from out of state in Denver, Co. Tanner went over and above, answer the phone or email with questions I had everytime. He even picked up my Uncle from the airport, great service overall. Highly recommended, thanks for making this one easy! PS: Would of like the van cleaned and detailed, it was filty but overall made it back home which was more important. Maybe they can work on that...

We have purchased three cars from Corwin and this will be our last. We had to replace our daughters car and bought a used car from Corwin. Within a week, the blinker stopped working. They did the right thing and fixed it. Why only one star you ask? Well, now three weeks after purchase we rolled down the windows for the first time. The back window won’t roll up. They said we bought the car as-is and they won’t even look at it unless we pay $120. I don’t think so. Bad customer service to repair one issue and not the next. We won’t be back and I’ll write a bad review on every site I can and on all my social media account.
