My experience was awesome. Desiree is the service department was well educated on the Ford Roadside Assistance. When I was broken down on the side of the road and called to advise them I was having my car towed there, she knew exactly what steps to take to make me less stressed about my break down. She called a rental car from Enterprise to be delivered while I was checking my vehicle in for service. The rental car was there within 5 minutes of me completing check in. They will be getting our business for all of our Ford needs. And the cherry on the cake was that I had my vehicle back within 24 hours. Great job you guys.

A very difficult sale made better by the salesman Justin Gaull is recognized for truly working his heart out making our purchase of new F150 one to remember. I had very specific requirements and when the first truck I selected didn’t have everything expected he made sure that we found the right one and truly worked the make the entire transaction memorable. Car was suppose to be done on Thursday I git a call that it would not be done until Friday. I was fine with that since I was out of town called o. Tuesday to pick up my car and it still was not done picked up on Wednesday Car was not washed. I’d asked for additional info was not give. That info until I git the bill Felt like the ball was dropped Spoke to service Mgr who was very nice and helpful I’m now changing service guys in hopes that services level is improved I would like estimates on additional service and Service times to be completed when they are promised

Man where do I start. I went in to buy a 17' f350. These guys from the get go, treated me like family. Very comfortable experience. Absolutely no rush. From meeting and shaking the owners hand, to the general manager, to my salesman jake, these guys are awesome! Jake worked with the gm Tyler on giving me a great price on the truck. They have gained a customer for life now.

Unfortunately the service department at this location was not able to, or apparently not willing to put the effort in to correct their error in a timely manner. I brought my truck in to have a replacement tire installed. On the first scheduled visit they ordered and installed the incorrect tire and I waited over 2 hours for the service to be complete. I then contacted the Service manager who responded immediately to correct the issue and let me know he would take care of it. They ordered the correct tire and I was told to schedule a time that worked for me for the service. I arranged to bring it in letting them know I had to be out the door in an hour for a meeting- they said no problem. An hour later my truck was just going into the bay for service, and I was told it would be another hour. I had to reschedule my meeting and take time out of my schedule to deal with the error in the first place. I would have thought that a manager arranged service for an error correction would have been scheduled as priority or at least be resolved within the quoted time frame. I am very displeased and will not be returning to this location, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
