We had an appointment with another dealer in Idaho, and were fully prepared to purchase a newer truck. While in route, on a whim, we pulled into Lakewood Ford. Kevin Fletcher greeted us (and our dog) with a kind handshake and a smile, and asked us what we were looking for. We needed a truck tough enough to pull a trailer, more fuel efficient than what we were currently driving, and Kevin patiently showed us everything that met our needs, while answering all of our questions. There was absolutely no pressure from the time we pulled in, to the time we left. We are more than satisfied with our experience and the price we paid. We love our new truck! Thank you, Kevin! I found Lakewood Ford from a search on my credit union's used car website. Kevin Fletcher, my sales rep, was very responsive - on two separate occasions he responded to my inquiries within minutes. I narrowed down my search to a 2016 Subaru Outback. Kevin was a pleasure to work and it is clear how dedicated he was to making my husband and I feel welcome and happy with our purchase. The Subaru had a couple small chips in the windshield, and when we pointed them out Kevin immediately gave us contact info so we could get them fixed for free. Other than that the Subaru Outback was in excellent condition. Kevin took the time to teach me about the features and offered to assist with connecting my phone. Thank you to Kevin and Greg from financing for making this my best car shopping experience to date!

The operations manager Jeremiah of Lakewood ford is simply amazing, very down to earth, easy to work with and has an amazing sales team that is very helpful! I have bought numerous vehicles over the years for my business and they always deliver what I want! I highly recommend Lakewood ford!
