Went in to get my Fusion's recall work performed. The place got me in quickly and it only took an hour to get the work done. It was quick and pleasant. Work has held up and I have had no problems what so ever. Great place to have work done on your vehicle.

Buying the car was the easy part, trying to get them to remove our extended warranty and GAP not so easy. Been trying over a week to get in contact with, I believe, Landon. Left messages numerous times and never returns our calls. Abby was our sales lady and she was great, easy to work with but not to knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought, but that's not an issue. We originally wanted to buy an used car and we had a price range we wanted to stick too, but it's really hard to look at vehicles without having any price information on them. We had to keep asking what's the price of this one, or that one. Only then they had to look it up on their phone. We would probably find another dealership when we buy another car. Update: Saturday, After some phone tag. We finally went back with alternative financing, with a much better interest rate. At first they said they could give us a better interest rate, but we needed to wait until that Monday. On Monday, I went back and not a single word was said. I just gave him our check and signed the document they gave me for alternative financing. I guess they could not do better.

Hi there! My son is very happy with his 2016 Ford Focus, we arrived late around 730 and they closed at 8 and Paul never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We were out till like 10:30 at the dealership. Paul was great, my son really enjoyed the experience and said he would be back. I am working out finding more about the warranty, so hopefully it was a good buy if not I will cancel it right away. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks again Paul for your service to us we will recommend you to everyone.

Their follow up is incredible. Before, I left a three star review because of an experience I had some time ago. This morning Joe, the service manager, called me and very courteously addressed all of my concerns and helped me get everything resolved. With the volume of reviews coming in, I'm highly impressed that he got back to me so quickly. Not only that, but there was no pressure to change the review. He truly just wanted to make sure to fix my impression of their business.

just purchased a 2018 F-150 from Korum. I've purchased many new vehicles in my life but this was by far, one of the best dealerships to purchase from. Straight forward and very professional staff!
