South Tacoma Auto

I went in to South Tacoma Auto last week and looked at a few cars and fell in love with one specific car that Jose helped me find. I came back in today to see if it was still available and to test drive it. I LOVE IT! It is amazing and I am so happy with my experience here. Jose was SUPER helpful and very nice. It was awesome to come in and have someone to show us around and actually joke with us. The staff was great! I’m so happy with my new car.

This was my second purchase with south Tacoma Auto. Their staff is great. Eric worked with my husband and I. I loved that he wasn't pushy at all with the sale. He was very patient with us and our 2 month old. The wait was a little long going through cudl however it is to be expected. When we got to the signing part that went well with I believe his name was Jason, except on the warranty talk we were not interested and I felt that he was pushing a little to much even after i answered no twice. Overall the experience was good and I will be purchasing with South Tacoma Auto in the future.

Pleasantly surprised by the selection and service! Kaleo , the man who helped me, found a few great cars in my price range, but I had no established credit. So, they worked with me and came up with a reasonable solution, and I now have an awesome new car! Would recommend to anyone in this area, very great service!

This place is great. Came in to look at a car and Curt was so helpful and kind. One thing that was INCREDIBLE was that not once did i ever feel pressured or rushed. I told him I would have to think about it and he was super understanding and didn’t badger me about making a decision right there. Not only that but I got a text later that night saying how he enjoyed meeting my mother and I and hoped to see us again soon. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Curt is the best, I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
