This dealer sets the standard for what a dealership should be. I bought my Explorer here, and the sales experience was outstanding. Their service department is also excellent. Super friendly, professional, competent, honest, and caring. I have bought a lot of cars, purchased and serviced at a lot of different dealers. This is the one dealer that I feel compelled to go out of my way to write a 5-star review for, and that I can confidently recommend.

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Bowen Scarff Ford and there sales agent Tim Zetterwall. This is my second purchase from Bowen Scarff Ford and dealing with Tim Zetterwall. He has made buying a car very pleasant with no stress. Tim cares for his customers and he listens to your wants and needs which made me comfortable in purchasing my first car from Tim 5 years ago. Just got my new Ford Edge and he ordered it from the factory and I got the car I wanted. That would not have happened without the help and assistance from Tim Z. Many thanks!

Best prices on new Ford Automobiles in the area, no hassle, you know the price. Very straight forward. They aren't going to call you 100 times after if you don't want the car either in my experience.
