AutoNation Ford Bellevue

After my F350 lost the clutch while moving our belongings from our condo in Bellevue to Winnipeg, Manitoba to storage. Our vehicle and the 20 foot trailer were picked up and dropped off at the Ford AutoNation. We were only a walk-in new customer and their service person took an immediate interest in our situation and had the vehicle go into the shop for inspection. The result was a failed clutch and some minor parts that were needing replacement, but the parts were about 1 week away. As we needed to get the rental trailer and our belongings to Winnipeg, we needed a vehicle that could get us to Canada. The service person wrote down some rental companies she thought could help us and permitted me to use a second phone to make inquiries. After many calls with no success we were able to contact a place that would rent us a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram diesel. The AutoNation people drove us out to Woodinville and waited for us and after about an hour arranging the rental truck they lead the way back to the dealership. We were able to get the trailer hooked up and hit the road. Kudos to the fellow who towed us to the dealership and the Ford AutoNation people and especially their driver who never left us. A big thank you to the young lady who took care of our truck and getting us the help we needed. She deserves a Gold Medal! Thank you one and all! I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS HIGHLY! Go to them for parts or service or to buy a new vehicle as they won't disappoint you. These people are beyond excellent!

My wife and I went in to the dealership at 9:00 AM in the hopes of getting out of there before it was too late. 6 1/2 hours later I got to go home with a new used car. There has to be a better way of doing this that doesn't consume a whole day. The sales guy couldn't have cared less about the state of the car. He was removing some of the stickers on the car but left a bunch of glue on the window. We are also missing the remote from the entertainment system. I understand its a used car, but he could have taken a spare moment out of those 6 hours to at least look around for it in the shop.

The car was in better shape then Jeremy Schuman said it was over the phone. The 07 Jeep Liberty was not only in great condition it was in EXCELLENT CONDITION, and well worth the price put on the car. I live in Oregon and took the train to Seattle where Jeremy picked me up @ 8:00 PM and took me to a motel in Bellevue. He picked me up the next AM to see the car. Jeremy went way beyond what any car sales person has ever done for me. Just to let you know I am 76 and have bought lots of cars. The General Mrg Nick was a real person and I enjoyed our conversation.I will surely buy anther car from AutoNation. ( PS I actually liked the one price policy of AutoNation)

We took our 2012 Ford Fusion in for service and were presented an unitemized bill for over $1,300 as the starting point for the 60,000 mile services required. There were a list of things included, but the costs were not broken out and the justifications not given. All we wanted was an oil change and we had to back out of the incredible assumption that we wanted to pay dealer prices for all those extra services, including “inspecting hoses and belts,” which should be free. At the proposed cost of all the services, they should warranty the car for another 30,000 Miles at least. Good job, Ford, you are converting a lifetime customer into a Toyota fan.

Charles A. Was more than helpful. We are from Alaska and found a vehicle at this lot and anything we needed help with, he was there to help. Very good customer service, and very knowledgeable and 5 star salesman!
