Went in looking for a 02-08 Suburban. Told them my total price, OR monthly payment target. They were able to get me into a Black 05 Yukon XL Denali. All leather interior, DVD player and in dash navigation. AWD and was pretty good. Came in under my monthly payment target for a decent overall price and low percentage rate. Team was fast and courteous. After driving away I found an issue with the brakes due to uneven pad wear. Caused it to pull bad under heavy breaking. I personally replaced the parts immediately (for my family's safety) and have informed them and they were apologetic and more than willing to cover my parts costs no questions asked. Other than that the vehicle runs great, it's towed 6800lbs of car trailer with truck on it, gone on long highway drives, handled back mountain dirt roads and it's driven a solid 2500 miles and is performing good. These guys were a really great experience for someone who doesn't normally buy cars from a car lot!

Great Car Buying Experience. These guys are helpful professionals and all of the staff from the salesman, Eric to the Finanace Executive, Jamie as well as Adam, the GM. I had the pleasure of overhearing several other deals taking place while I waited for details to be worked out on mine. Every salesperson I eavesdropped on was down to earth, not slimy. They all clearly just wanted to help the customer that they were talking with. Everyone I talked to was courteous, professional and friendly. As they say, "You can't teach nice." These are nice guys. I think they found all of the nice salesmen in the area! Be nice to them, they need to make a buck or two as well :) so be easy on them when you go to make a deal. I'd like it if they were there when I need my next used car.

I've bought 2 cars from here (financed and cash) over the last few years and it's seriously the only lot I've ever had a good experience at. The sales guys are cool, not pressuring and they make the whole process easy! Definitely recommend to everyone!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Brock was awesome, accommodating and very professional. And they actually did what they said. Got my husband and I into a great Volvo at awesome affordable payment per month and down payment that we could afford w. My new car loan from bayside I don't feel like I am drowning in car payments now 🙄🙄
