Most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was helpful, with no pressure, pushing, or pain. The salesperson deserves special recognition due to coming in on a day where she was not supposed to work, in order to make sure there was no chance of miscommunication. From start to finish took about 3 hours, most of which was spent making sure whichever car would actually work for me, both physically and financially. Seriously, for a typically horrible experience like car buying, this was a breath of fresh air, and not a cheap tree shaped air freshener one either.

"Excellent Service - Easy to work with team focused"
The team at West Hills Ford Mazda was beyond great, cheerful and helpful. A special thanks to Bonnie, Lorne Burke and Dave Mascher great team for a pleasant visit... definitely professionals . I drove 3 hours to dealership and was happy that I did I would recommend the team at West Hill Ford Mazda to anyone who wants a excellent deal. The dealership was exceptionally clean. In the future for purchase of truck or autos I will definitely check with them first ....the drive is well worth it.
P.S Also the coffee and food was excellent from food cafe at the dealership.

I purchased the Ford Fusion Sport from West Hills Ford and had a great experience. Dave, the salesman, was very knowledgeable on the car. While I was waiting for finance, they provided a latte and offered various sandwich choices. Dave offered me a second lap of the test drive, but by the end of the first circuit, I was already sold. They also gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in. Overall, an excellent experience....
...Except for Allstate, the insurance lady, who after multiple declinations to leave USAA finally just gave up... But this took fifteen minutes, and I just wanted to take my car home.

My mom is currently leasing a 2016 Ford Escape. Her vehicle has less than 10,000 miles on it. Two weeks ago it began stalling while in traffic. The vehicle would remain running and all of the vehicles electrical would continue to function but the gas peddle would not respond. Fortunately both times this happened while in traffic she was already moving and was able to pull over to the side of the road. After a tow truck picked her car up at the house West Hills Ford and Mazda held the vehicle for 4 days before they contacted her. They never offered her a rental vehicle, they didn’t care.
They finally contacted my mom via text. My mom called the dealership and spoke to two employees. The first employee she spoke to was “Cole”, nice young guy but definitely had no clout. The second person she spoke to was “Brian”, who seemed to be the floor supervisor.
My mom told “Brian” that she had a letter from Ford telling her to come in to get her throttle body replaced free of charge through their Customer Fulfillment Program. The letter said that the 2016 model Ford Escape had been known to have the throttle body gum up and stall the vehicle. Brian told my mom they couldn’t pull a recall record for her vin and then told her that the work was probably done before she leased the car. He said they weren’t going to acknowledge her letter. She got the letter 6 months after she left the dealerships lot that she leased the car from so that wasn’t the case. West Hills Ford Mazda told her that their diagnostic pulled nothing and that they couldn’t replicate the problem so they wanted her to come and get her car. She told them that she needed the problem resolved because she would be driving to California in June and she didn’t want the Escape to die on her in the middle of the desert. They said that they were sorry but that they couldn’t keep the car there if it doesn’t throw a bad diagnostic. My mom was upset, she told the young employee Cole that she would never buy a Ford again after this experience. He said that he understood.
Cole was at least a nice guy, Brian (Cole’s boss) on the other hand was a total jerk. Brian has very poor customer service skills. I showed Brian the letter that Ford had sent about my mom’s throttle body. He told me he didn’t care about the letter and that he would have to order the part and he didn’t want to have to do that. This guy is a piece of work. I told him that we contacted the Port Orchard Ford dealership. They offered to replace the throttle body no questions asked. Brian said “well good they can deal with it then.”
Bruce Titus Ford in Port Orchard replaced my moms throttle body no questions asked and they were very kind about it.
I would never and will never go to this dealership again. With employees like Brian running the show down there that dealership will burn you coming and going and all you will get as a response to your bad review is “We are so sorry, please give us a second chance”. How many second chances should you give these people with all of their bad reviews, give me a break. Bring your business to the Port Orchard Branch, it’s worth the 15 minute drive trust me.

Great service! I had to take my car in for a safety recall, they were easy to make the appointment with, Bryan sent me updates throughout the day about the car and when it was done, and they were friendly and most importantly they were honest and helpful when I picked up the car. He didn't try to sell me more than what I was looking for, he told me what could be done with the car and realistically what it would mean if I did or didn't do it. I haven't had great luck in the past with car dealerships but I was pleasantly surprised. I look forward to working with them again and recomend them if you need someone to work on your car.
