Harris Ford Lincoln

..So... I needed a 4 wheel drive truck due to moving out into a rural area. I was a bit trepidatious about going to a lot that was associated with Pierre due to a bad experience I had there once that cost me a bunch of money. (Folks, make sure you get a current title report from a reputable source!!) I decided to give it a chance with a plan in mind to keep from having a repeat episode. Ultimately, I am not reviewing Harris Ford as a whole, I am reviewing the salesman SEAN BRYAN because I believe he deserves a good one. SEAN BRYAN is a high energy guy who is constantly on the go. Because I was a little "gun shy" due to my past experience at Pierre, I at first thought he may be one of those fast talking types who will say anything to get you in a car. (again, this was nothing he did, just my hyper-vigilance/paranoia) We chatted a bit, and I found him to be a guy who is actually really into what he is doing. He actually likes his job! We looked at a few trucks and finally came to a Tacoma that had just came onto the lot. It had not been looked at yet by the staff there. I test drove it, and liked it minus one thing- the check engine light popped on while we were driving. SEAN BRYAN was actually concerned about it and looked into it immediately. It turned out the repair shop was backed up a couple days, so I made an offer (that was accepted) contingent on the outcome of the shop repair. SEAN BRYAN was very professional and personable through the whole process. He didn't get upset when my little 4 year old got cranky. He made sure me and my family were comfortable through the process. SEAN BRYAN even gave me a 2017 loaner while the truck was getting repaired. As if this wasn't all above and beyond the call of duty enough, SEAN BRYAN actually offered to drive the truck all the way back to where I currently live and exchange it for the loaner. AWESOME!!! DELIVERY!!! At any rate, I'm not loyal to any of the Pierre places due to my own reasons, but with a guy like SEAN BRYAN there I'd feel comfortable going there again. If you're looking for a vehicle and need to deal with a salesman, ask for SEAN BRYAN and know you will betrayed with respect and dignity. SEAN BRYAN WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY FOR THAT FELLOW!!

Recently bought my first ford here. Had a great experience overall! I worked with Pat and Jay in sales, there was a good deal on a car I had wanted for a long time and they were able to work out a very reasonable trade-in for me as well. Jon the finance manager also managed to get me a better finance rate from my own bank than I could, so I'm very happy with that.

Great customer service. Felt they were honest and upfront about pricing. James salesman and sales manager Stephen did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It did take very very long to get paperwork done especially since we walked in and knew exactly what we wanted. also buying a car out of state we felt they were not very helpful/knowledgeable in process of registering car. Still waiting for someone to call back and give us more information on process.

Went in to look for a relatively newer used car and found a nice 2017 Corolla. Sean Bryan was able to sit us down and help us figure out the numbers and prices that worked for me. He was a very enthusiastic and helpful guy! Spent almost a long time at the dealership but it was all worth it! :)

Found a great web deal on the truck I was looking for. Walked into the dealership on a busy Saturday expecting to spend quite a bit of time getting a deal done. But....Sean Bryan breezed through the process like a true pro and beat my expectations by a long shot. From working on my trade...thanks to Jay as well....to getting the truck prepped and ready, things went extremely smooth. I'd definitely buy another vehicle from Harris...thanks again Sean!
