Marysville Ford

After being very hesitant for to go look at trucks because we didn’t want to deal with pushy salesman, we went in because we found the truck we’ve been looking for. Thankfully we got Jacob to help us as it made out overall experience much better. He was very down to earth and genuine. He wasn’t trying overly hard to become “friends” we just had normal conversation and thanks to him we ended up leaving with the truck we wanted!

After finding out my car was totalled, going car shopping was the last thing I wanted to do on a rainy Saturday. I emailed about a couple cars on Friday and Matt promptly responded and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. I arrived to find out the car in my preferred price range had sold but they listened to my needs and wants and we set the expectations up front. I was handed to Pete, which at first I wasn't sure about working with someone I hadn't expected to as that can feel like you're being tossed around, but Pete was great! He ensured I didn't get one drop of rain on me all day, was respectful of my budget, didn't use the annoying sales catch phrases, which has been enough to make me walk off other lots! He was also understanding when I opted out of certain options (even though he explained them wonderfully!) It was so nice to not feel the pressure vibe I've felt at other lots. He provided exceptional customer service and has a wonderful personality. I would happily work with Pete in the future and will send business his way!

Stopped in to see a truck they had advertised and it turned out not to fit our needs but Pete was amazing. He seemed very honest and had a great sense of humor. We will keep looking but hopefully we can find something through Marysville Ford because I want to support Pete and Damon. They made the experience painless with no fluff or running around trying to get us into something we weren't looking for in the first place. I recommed talking to one of these guys before going to the new dealership site.

I am rating my experience 5 stars because of the friendly atmosphere and employees! The two gentleman that helped me were Lance and Dean Dickinson. They were very understanding and knowledgeable, I could tell they weren’t just selling me any car on the lot, But that they took their time with me. Making sure I left happy and especially with me being a first time buyer I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! So a huge shout out to them! If you’re looking for a new/used car I highly HIGHLY recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed! :)

I had the best experience of my life there. Jacob bailey knew exactly what he was talking about. I've never met a more detail oriented person in my life. If you really in need of a good car and someone to get you deals go to him.
