I had a great experience at this dealership. Mark Mawrence was the salesman that helped me buy my car. He was great. Zero pressure from him. We communicated through text and email to begin answering basic questions which made things easy for me. He even came in on his day off. Once at the dealership my wife and I were treated very well and I would definitely recommend working with Mark if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

I had Mike Sylvan as a salesman. I got a Ford fusion 2012 hybrid w/ 83k for 11,899. I thought it was an okay deal and I need a car with good gas mileage. The car is in good condition but the battery went out a week after I got it. They also did tax exemption for tribal members which I appreciated.

The process of purchasing a new vehicle from Hyundai of Kirkland was straightforward and, dare I say, easy. David was upfront about costs, very responsive to questions, and addressed all of my concerns. Their pricing was also the most competitive, and their location is very convenient.

I went to Ford of Kirkland for some maintenance on my Ford Focus. The check engine light was on and checking the code revealed that there was a problem with my thermostat. They fixed my thermostat problem and all seemed well... for a couple of days. Two days later my transmission, which never had a problem the five years prior to my visit to Ford of Kirkland, suddenly started acting up. It would not shift up when it should have and when it did, would randomly shift back down. I confronted the service people about Ford of Kirkland and told them the issue, but they unsurprisingly took no responsibility for the faulty transmission and said I would need to pay for another diagnostic and likely need new transmission. I got angry, replying that it was they who broke the transmission and I shouldn't be responsible for paying, but they would not budge. Knowing that burden of proof would be difficult in a court case I resigned to just shop for a new vehicle at another dealership. If you are thinking of visiting Ford of Kirkland for service, I recommend you take the advice they told me as I left, "Never come back." They are rude and there is a possibility that your vehicle will leave their service department worse than you gave it to them.

What a great experience! Sales process with John Sweigert was phenomenal. He made it very easy and was incredibly helpful.
You can tell a lot about a dealership buy how they support you after the sale. I purchased the car and noticed a couple small issues. I rang John up and he got me in in a short time span, and even worked out transportation for me. 10/10 would purchase from him again.
