Fair, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. The sales and closing experience was personal and enjoyable. The followup Tech Training session was well worth the time, even for me being a techie! Oh, and if you're from Seattle don't overlook that taxes are a full percent lower. I can drive an extra 30 minutes for the customer experience And saving $500 from Uncle Sam.

Not a Ford fan...but i own a lemon Ford Focus that we bought 5 yrs ago here...do not recommend this car what so ever..from Day 1 when we bought it had transmission problems.....but i have to say that the Sales people were not high pressured and every single time i have had Service there -- Excellent customer service in that Department. They are super helpful!!!

It is a privilege to be able to shop for vehicles and return for service at Bickford's. Honest Company good service a place with integrity. We drove from Federal Way to purchase our F-350 pick up. We drove from Blaine to purchase our 2011 Flex. We have purchased our tires for both from Bickford as well as studded tires which they will rotate and install Every Spring and fall for free. We drive from Blaine to get our oil changed, brake jobs whatever is needed. We couldn't recommend them enough.💖💕 thanks guys

Went to price a stock trailer and talked to Maggi Clark. She was very knowledgeable and explained the options in detail. Great experience.

The sales and delivery technical support received from Bickford was stellar. The vehicle setup we wanted was no where to be found in the area inventory searches so we opted to order our Escape from the factory. The salesman (Eric McCarthy) worked through our order and sent us a link allowing us to track our order through the manufacturing and delivery process. This took away the questions about timing. Once the vehicle arrived our paperwork process was efficient and very friendly. The Technical training by Michael Holden was thorough and he did not rush his explanations or the process of getting use to the new technologies of our Escape. This and his reminder that they are there for us in the future on any questions or setup adjustments was very much appreciated. Thank you Bickford Ford...we'll be back!
