KarMART Used Car Superstore

Have had my vehicle less than 12 hours. Called and told them I did not like the way the Jeep handled on the freeway and it was the worst vehicle I have ever driven in the snow. I asked to get my old vehicle back or have them put me in a different vehicle. They told me all sales are final and to go trade in the new vehicle. Customer satisfaction is clearly NOT on their radar.

Karmart burlington was the most wonderful experience, our salesman gave me severely cars to look at. He was very polite and definitely had a lot of patients. I would recommend V.W. car lot abig thumbs up. Good going guys.8

I already posted this on the other karmart lots review section but I was bounced between both lots while i got screwed by them so I'll post it here too. I only gave them one star because there is no option for none. I was a dumb kid who didn't know what he was doing, buying my first car and they took full advantage. I'm now stuck with a car that's basically worthless and is upside down by about 12,000$ I can't trade it in because no one will touch it. The car dealerships I've been to since can't believe how much they screwed me and genuinely feel bad. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bought my car here a little over a year ago and its falling apart and the transmission is going out. I do not recommend purchasing a car from here. Also when I test drove a different car I should have known when the car started smoking and they blamed it on water under the hood..

I worked with Jenn she did a very good job and knows her stuff but the finance guy lied to me and told me he was taking care of me and I was getting a 10 yr / 100,00 mile warrenty and scribled all over a sheet and had me sign that I knew what my interest rate was and my payment amount. Come to find out the payment was increased $68.00 a month for 6 yrs for the warrenty that he figured into the deal even after I said I am not paying extra for this and his respince was no I was told to just take care of you. I go back and complain and there is nothing they are willing to do to correct it. They had all my signatures. So if you choose to buy there finace it on your own.
