We have had a wonderful experience with Mike and his team at Diehl Ford over the years. Not only are they generous community supporters, annually donating shuttle vans for our events, they also provided a friendly, efficient, and professional sales experience when we needed to purchase a vehicle for our Mobile Therapy program. Mike went above and beyond to find us discounts to make it affordable (as a small 501c3 we were working with a limited budget), and his staff worked closely with us to retrofit our cargo van with floor coating, tie hooks, and shelving units so that our therapy animals can travel in safety and style. We've truly enjoyed working with Diehl Ford Bellingham and recommend them highly!

Best vehicle purchase experience. Scott Kerbein replied to our vehicle inquiry within minutes, well after business hours. He continued to answer all of our questions quickly and efficiently and he is the reason we drove 2 hours and a ferry ride to Diehl Ford to purchase our new vehicle. No pressure, very professional and helpful. Trade-in was good. Finance Manager also helpful and professional. We love our new vehicle and highly recommend Scott Kerbein and Diehl Ford.

Nice team of guys, not pushy, they really worked with us to get payments where we were comfortable with. We looked for two month's at Diehl Ford, before we bought. Took the car in to get the oil changed, all went well even the two items I wanted them to check and fix, they did it for me.

I have bought cars and trucks from Diehl Ford since 1992. They have gone above and beyond in any situation. When ever I did have a problem they fixed it admittedly or made sure I was taken care of until it was. Now my children are buying cars, trucks there. They have said they have received the same testament. Just like any company no one is perfect. Diehl Ford is like our family and we really appreciate everything they have done. Service is declining as price is increasing slightly. The last two times I went there wasn't completely satisfied. Been going here for several years for oil changes on 2 vehicles and noticed they have gotten worse with service. They did extra work without telling me it wasn't covered under warranty. So I was surprised with a big bill. Every other shop I go to calls me and tells me the details before proceeding with the work. Most recently, they didn't bother calling me to tell my my oil change was done. And when I got my car 6 hours later, I was given a punch card for 5th oil change free. I had been going there for years, so why did they just offer it to me now?!? My next oil change could be the 5th one for my explorer, which would have been free. I feel like my business isn't appreciated there since they do not care about communicating or promoting their loyalty programs to loyal customers such as myself.
