My husband purchased a diesel truck from this location about 4 months ago. The truck has blown white smoke from the exhaust since day one. Not knowing much about diesels he didn’t think anything of it. A couple weeks ago, a family friend suggested getting the truck checked out because the white smoke wasn’t normal. We took it to Blade Chevrolet since it is a GMC and the tech there said the fuel injectors were bad and had been for a while by the looks of them ( my husband drove the truck less than 7,000 miles). We decided to contact Dwayne Lanes and Larry the sales manager assured us they would never sell a vehicle in that condition (we were quoted $6,500 to repair). Larry said to bring the truck in and let his tech look at it so they can get their own diagnoses which of course would be “on the house” since he was sure that was not the issue. Upon inspection their tech concluded the same diagnoses. Larry then call my husband and told him that the owner said he wouldn’t do anything because of how long it had been since he purchased the truck. If that was the case, why would you waste our time and have us bring the truck in so you can “diagnose it yourselves” if you weren’t going to do anything about it? WORST customer service ever!!
It’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything! Honestly, I didn’t expect much. Very disappointed in the customer service this place has to offer.

Buying the truck was easy. Oh, you want warrantee work done? Well, good luck getting a call back on that. I have had two different issues, neither super critical. I have had to call back over and over and over and NEVER got a single call back. I finally just kept calling and calling until I got a real person, and only then did I get an appointment to bring the truck in.

Our mustang was waiting for a deadly airbag recall, so in the mean time the ford company manufacturer issued a free rental car or loaner until the parts were available. dwanes lanes lied and said they didnt have loaners and did not want to give us a rental either but it was already approved. they strung it out for 3 days before We got it. We had the rental for 3 weeks. They NEVER notified us when the airbag was in stock until we went to enterprise to swap the car for a different one. When They realized we still had the rental they expected us to come down immediately and fix our car..the manager randy left a very threatening voice mail to come down that day and get it fixed or else!!! They acted like it was our fault. they should have called us when the part was in. Very faulty, crooked and rude people!!! You people need to treat your customers with a little more respect. We will never take out car there again!! if I could rate minus stars I would

Best dealership in the area. They showed respect to me and did a first class job. When I walked out to my car it was spotless, too. Thank you Dwayne Lane Skagit Ford!

11/3: Accidentally posted this review on wrong location previously. Since I initially posted this I have had to take my car in several times for unrelated issues and am very pleased by the integrity with which they handle car repairs. When I thought something was wrong with the car after the initial maintenance, they took a look to ensure it wasn't a safety risk. When they couldn't initially diagnose the source of the sound, they had three mechanics double check to ensure that nothing major was wrong that they were missing. They also did not try to upsell when they couldn't determine the issue, but were forthcoming about their diagnostic process. They also show you what the problem is when they do find it so you know they are being honest about it. It has been difficult to find excellent mechanics to work on my hybrid since most independent mechanics won't touch it, and I am thrilled my search is over! Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service! I have never been so happy with a repair department as I am with this location; it is truly exceptional.

It can be difficult to find a mechanic who will work on my Ford hybrid, and I am very satisfied with the quality of service, efficiency, and understanding I received here recently. My car was a safety hazard (brake issues), and I was able to book an appointment efficiently, they showed me the damaged element of the car instead of expecting me to just believe them without seeing, and gave me a loaner within two hours.
Very satisfied with the honesty and politeness of the service center! Thank you! When I need further work I will be coming back here.
