Dan was AMAZING. We appreciated his professionalism and level of knowledge while assisting us. He was patient and kind and we never felt pressured. We knew we needed a car but were prepared to walk away if we didn't find the best deal that fit our budget and situation. Dan made this easy for us. Honestly, stay away. I went and looked at a truck and test drove it. I then proceeded to discuss payment options with the staff. The price they wanted was too much for my budget. After some back and forth I was then offered the vehicle for the price I was looking for by the general manager and sales person and I accepted the offer. Fast forward 2 days and I asked for an out the door cost breakdown. The price in the breakdown was not the price agreed upon. After further discussion with the sales staff and general manager, I wad told that I was not offered the price agreed upon. So long story short, go find your new vehicle at a more professional dealership.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Evergreen, and my third Escape. I usually know exactly what I want in advance, and have all of my paperwork and approvals ready to go. Everyone at the facility is excellent to work with and do not try to steer me to something I don’t want or need. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the process (even being fully prepared in advance) takes a while, which is not fully in their control. I am surprised that the process is not more electronic driven, rather than all of the paper copies, of which there are a number! Their service department is excellent, and I always receive great service from them.

My only interactions with Evergreen Ford have been with servicing my vehicle. That was great all along but this last time it jumped to awesome. Kyle was awesome. Great job on my car, took care of all my concerns and more. I think my next purchase will be at Evergreen Ford now.

They didn't know much about the cars o was interested in. I felt pressured to buy a car when I was just trying to compare cars. They never asked what I did or tryed to find me a better fit like the VW dealership did. They advertise that it was 30% off and after some quick math I realized it was more like 25%. They advertised special interest rates n financing and wouldn't give it to me even with great credit. On top of that they only wanted to give 450$ for my trade, that didn't bother me until I overheard the lady next to me getting paid the same 450$ with a nicer car. They could tone it down a notch on cologne or after shave too
