Van Cleve Ford Inc

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case I’m making an exception. We visited Van Cleve yesterday looking to purchase a truck. We had the worst service ever. Mitch was the sales representative and he would not help us try to get financing. He sent us on a wild goose chase and when I called him to see if he had any other banks that could help us, he said, “Their are other banks, but he doesn’t see that any of the banks would approve my son”. He was unwilling to help us get a loan. My son was even going to put more down, half of the truck price, but Mitch didn’t want to hear! Van Cleve used to be a home town dealership in Morton. In my opinion and experience.....DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Especially with Mitch.... He’s not interested in helping you purchase a truck..... Worst experience ever � Melissa Zapalac

We were visiting Mt. Rainier National Park when the hinge for the tailgate window in our Explorer sheared off. We called Patti from the campground and asked her to order two new hinges. When we called the next day, she said the parts had arrived and we could drive down the mountain to have them installed. When we arrived, Patti immediately had a tech install the new hinge. They were done in less than 30 minutes. Two days later, we noticed the tailgate window was slightly crooked and called Patti to have it adjusted. She told us to bring it right in since we were in a nearby town. Once again, she had a tech take care of it immediately. He installed the second new hinge we had originally ordered and didn't charge for the second hinge installation. Evidently, the opposite hinge may have worked slightly loose as we drove through the construction work on the park roads. Car problems are a huge pain when you're traveling, but Van Cleve Ford were great about helping us and getting us back on the road quickly. Thank you, Patti, and Van Cleve Ford.
