Columbia Ford Lincoln

My wife and I decided to buy a new car and this was our first experience. I have spent many hours researching cars and we decided on a Hyundai Sonata. We knew what color combo we wanted, but very few exist. We went to Columbia Ford Lincoln Hyundai and there we met Jena. She is great to work with. I highly recommend her. She asked her sales manager, Mike to try and locate the car we would like to buy and he contacted his district manager and by 6pm the same day they had the car there. It is a 2017 Sonata Hybrid Limited that is red with beige interior. This dealership, Jena, and Mike come highly recommended.

I walked in after work at 6:15 pm not expecting to find MY car. Steve was amazing. He was upfront that I couldn't buy new with the amount I was approved for. I needed a bit larger car because I have 3 girls. He walked me right over to a 2014 Hyundai Sonata with only 15,000 miles. We did paperwork to get things going before they closed at 7pm. The next day, my car was outside my work so I could drive and make it officially mine. I believe the whole thing took a total of 2 hrs between working with Steve and the finance. My dad is extremely picky when it comes to sales people. I now know why he recommended them. This was an amazing transaction. Thank you!!

The entire experience at Columbia was superb. Steve, at the Hyundai office, was patient, knowledgeable, and gracious. For a sales experience it was about as low pressure and accommodating as it can get. That went a long way for me. As I was purchasing the car the team went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and left feeling that I had everything I needed (or wanted). Steve personally polished the car up and had it ready to go for me. Just awesome.

Nice dealer and they are friendly. Buying cars is a great experience. Service Dept is good to however we just paid almost 500 bucks for a battery and windshield wiper blades. This would not have happened if we hadn’t taken our Escape in months back to find out why the car wasn’t holding a charge. They checked the car and were supposed to replace the battery which didn’t happen. When the car started not holding a charge again, if I’d known it was just the battery and not an electrical issue I could have done the job myself for under $200. I know this was just a “miss” at Columbia and would still recommend them

My experience at Columbia Ford was a good one. The salesperson Steve was great to work with. No pressure just straight forward and very helpful. The truck I bought was very clean and well presented. It's used and had a couple items that needed addressed to swing me over to do the deal and those items where taken care of to my satisfaction.
