Save your Time, Save your Money, and Save your Sanity. You need Parts, We can mite be able to Order it! I have came to Vancouver Ford to buy the newer style long leg fuses that are in all of the newer 2016 and up models. I walked up to the Parts counter waited for the two guys to stop joking around. Then the younger guy asked me if he could help me. I told him what I needed and and he asked me on what model did it come out of I told him a police interceptor he told me with a straight face "Ford don't make those." I told him try a 2018 mustang and use the radio fuse for a part number. He said it will be 2 weeks out and a special order. A FUSE!?! and he told me they are 19 bucks a pop. No thanks I Amazon over-nighted. Save your money, Save your time, and Save your Sanity. The second and last time I visited Van Ford I picked up a set of bulbs for a head light the parts guy pulled the parts let me look at them then took them out of my hand when I told them they would work. Handed them to around a corner to a desk to the left. Printed a ticket for me to hand to the girl at the desk where my parts were. Then I payed the girl for them I just asked my couldn't I just pay the parts guys? She said I just do what I am told.... Wow that's customer service!

Recently we looked into buying a new SUV. We stopped by Vancouver Ford so we could look at a few models- the Explorer, Expedition and Expedition Max. We ended up working with Krystal and she was amazing! I really wanted to love the Explorer, but after she showed us a few different ones, we decided it was too small for our family and what we were going to do with it (kids & sports gear anyone?!). She showed us the Expeditions and I was really impressed by her knowledge and her very relaxed nature. Krystal was super professional and never once tried to up sell us or pressure us into buying anything. We felt that both her and her manager Tony really listened to what we wanted and tried to find us the right fit. We ended up getting the Expedition Max and have been very happy since. It was filled with carseats and baseball gear within a few hours and it's hard to imagine not having it! We would definitely recommend Krystal, Tony and the rest of the team at Vancouver Ford. We bought a used jeep from Vancouver Ford on Sunday. We worked with Joe Ramirez. He was wonderful to work with! In fact we had just started looking and left to check out a nearby dealership. We ended up coming back and buying from Joe . He got us the price we wanted and did everything he could to give us a great experience. Thanks Joe! We love our new car!! Carrie & Lance Moore

These guys always do a great job for a fair price. They honor coupons that are old as well. They do make suggestions on servicing items but I never feel pressured. Very good group of people.

I bought my 2005 Mustang from Vancouver Ford in january of 2005. All of her servicing has been done by their Quick Lane service dept. They are fast, efficient and always ready to help if i have a question or concern about my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
