AC Auto Sales II

They were fine for a couple of months, but I’m halfway through paying off my vehicle and they SOLD MY CONTRACT without telling me. Now I’m supposedly paying somebody else for the vehicle I purchased, and I was not notified by anybody from AC Autos. Do not buy a vehicle here. Also, the vehicle I purchased has problems like no heating, a leaky power steering pump, and cracks all over the “new dashboard,” as well as transmission issues. They’re crooks. And they’ll sell your contracts and information to other crooks. Take your money someplace safe, not to these guys. Seriously.

was not happy. they tried to sell me a car that had a seal leak that would not have been detected until the air conditioner was used. I took the car to my mechanic my mechanic found the leak it would cost $1,600 to fix it through my mechanic and the main man would not come down on the price Norwood he fix the problem I paid an extra $30 for my mechanic to do a thorough check which AC Auto Sales was not expecting that to happen they would not work with me or fix the problem so very unhappy with them my advice is take the cars to your mechanic and pay the extra for a thorough check when buying a car through them

My friend has had her car for a few months. Has always made her payments on time. Even early a couple times. She was late for her payment by make a week or so and called the dealership to let them know that she was coming in a specific day. As she was on her way to Pay her car payment. this dealership called police departments about the car and sent a repo to take the car when people knew she was coming... Arent you supposed to wait 30 to 90 days to send a repo....... Ridiculous

We bought our son his first car and had a great experience. The sales person took the time to asked about what our son wanted and showed us cars that would fit his needs. The sales person us was knowledgable about the car and answered every question we had about the car including had information about the person who owned it before they had traded it in.
