The service department is always friendly and so helpful. I greatly appreciated that the department checked all the fluids and the battery and tires while changing the oil in my car. I was especially pleased that the gentleman gave me a print out of the results and reviewed each item as well as the recommendations for service and maintenance. This was so much more than an oil change, far beyond my expectations. They even washed the car and vacuumed the floors! I can't say enough about the staff at your business and recommend you every chance I get.

I live in the Tri-Cities but I will always drive that little extra to Prosser for the professional and courteous service provided at Tom Denchel's Ford. The service team always goes the extra mile for me.

Big waste of time! Drove here frome tri-cities to buy a Ford Edge that my dad wanted. Sales guy was nice, no complaints there. But his boss wouldn't accept my dad's trade in (2008 FORD Shelby GT500) do to a open recall on the FIXABLE AIRBAGS. A Ford dealership wouldnt take a Ford vehicle I'm just baffled. So we ended up going to Bill Robertson Nissan of Pasco the same day after convincing my dad to at least look at a Murano. My dad got the same trade in offer that he wanted from a Nissan dealer that took his trade without hesitation, and fully aware of the recall. In the end my dad got a much nicer fully loaded 2017.5 Murano.

The service manager seems to be available to take my call or call me back shortly after. They go out of their way to assist me in anyway possible. Even meeting me near my home with a borrow vehicle while my truck is being worked on. Super Service with a smile.

They were great to work with! Went the extra ,rewashed the rig when got the license. Also helped with the set up of the computer.
