Check in was easy and efficient, the first room on the third floor we were given had a terrible, musty odor and felt very humid with a.c on. We asked the front desk agent if we could switch rooms and she moved us to the second floor. This room had just as bad of an odor, if not worse, but we were very tired and didn't want to complain a 2nd time and decided to just stay in the room. It made for an unpleasant stay because of musty odor was so bad. With that said, the room was very clean. I manage an extended stay hotel and look for specific cleanliness concerns whenever I stay at a hotel and our room was impeccably clean. The breakfast was okay, it had a good variety for those guests who are on a limited diet. Overall, I would stay at this brand simply because of the kind service and the clean room for a decent rate- they just need to something about that aweful smell.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. True Southern hospitality. The room was clean and updated. Exercise room and indoor pool and spa were great. We would stay there again.

When we checked in, the night clerk was unfriendly, we attempted to engage her in conversation to no avail. We went up to our room, great improvement over unfriendly clerk. We were traveling, got there around 130 am, exhausted and we went straight to sleep. I was awakened at 930 by a female (I assume housekeeping) entering our room and saying "helloooo". She saw we were still there and she left, only to return 30 minutes later and knock. We paid 170.00, were told check-out was noon, someone should inform housekeeping of this rule. Over priced, we'll not stay again.
Side note, morning clerk: Awesome!

Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Clean room. Easy access from the Hwy. Good breakfast.

When we arrived at hotel, we actually lost 2 hours. One to time change, another to DST change. As a result, we woke a bit late. Still, breakfast is served until 9:30. So if we arrive at 9:15 and half the stuff is missing, and staff refuses to make more, is that good service? Not for a room we paid 120 for. All she really wanted was a couple eggs. I hope this review was worth the 30 cents they saved that day.
