Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Saginaw, MI

Even though the prices are fair at the County Inn, I will not stay here again. A few years back I stayed here which is why I returned, but due to what I’ve witnessed at my recent stay I will not return. The rooms feel dirty, bugs in the room, and not to mention the bed feel as though your bouncing on a rollercoaster. The maintenance in the rooms has decreased significantly and I would not recommend this if your looking for something comfortable and relaxing. But on the plus side the staff is nice and welcoming!

We stayed at Country Inn and Suites April 17/ 2018. We’ve stayed several times over the past few years. We’ve noticed that it is becoming very shabby, carpets frayed,grout in bathroom dirty, shower curtain ripped. There was a stain on the sheet on one of the beds , which we never slept in (disgusting).We stay at this hotel because we have a 17 lb shitzu that doesn’t shed and he’s kept very clean. We don’t mind paying the extra 25$ to have a pet in the room but this morning his food bowl was literally crawling with ants. We brought the bowl to the front desk and the front desk clerk was apologetic. She said she was going to forward the issue with her supervisor. My luggage is now outside because I found ants inside. Needless to say I’m definitely not happy. I think this hotel needs major improvements and renovations. Luckily I never found evidence of bedbugs, but it kinda makes me wonder what else is crawling around .

Good rooms for the price. Aaron at the desk is very nice, great guy! Met our every need. Highly recommend if you are stopping by town and need a place to say. The service is great, the rooms are clean, there are hot showers, free breakfast, and cable TV! Very homey feel, very comfortable. Nice staff, will definitely be staying here for any of my travels in this area. Wish I could give a 6/5 star rating

I stayed for my graduation from Saginaw Valley. Super convenient location and distance from the school and major highways. Check in and check out was quick and easy!

Very nice and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and staff had great customer service.
