Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit/Chesterfield Township

Room was very clean and comfortable. While I was getting coffee I talked to Cathy at the front desk. Cathy was very polite and so kind. Breakfast was great. I give a ten star. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, but it feels like it needs updates. The lighting system in the room is card activated, which is somewhat frustrating. The breakfast was sub-par and left a lot to be desired. The pool area needs some cleaning. The workout equipment was nice and seemed to be well maintained, but the televisions did not work in there. The walls are thin and I can always hear talking and TVs in the next room. It's extremely loud and I can hear everything without straining.

Ok hotel, thin walls and outlets that dont work. Staff is rude and not available at front desk both at deck in and check out. Empty lobby coffee pots throughout the day. Only allow 3 late check outs. Don't acknowledge honors program members.

Nice room layout, exceptionally clean and great continental breakfast but the staff were never at the front desk when you needed them.

Rooms are spacious of you choose the suite. Shuttle to wedding event was no problem. Booked with points and got great service.
