Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison Heights MI

After today I will not be back here and looking at the responses from the owner he obviously doesn't sincerely care about these reviews but I'm hoping that My reviewgets seen by the right person in order to protect their money if using a credit or debit card. I would attempt to book and reserve a Room with nothing but problems only in regards to booking. I spoke to them hours after making the reservation online and again nothing. Then a few more hours go by I go up to the front desk only for them to tell me they never got my reservation and my argument to that was you charged me for the room but won't let me stay he says they never charged me But my bank says much different! That's $55 that was stolen from me and my bank that start gathering the paperwork necessary I will be making a police report and will never show my face and money there again! And when I told that to the guy at the front desk he said that's your choice and wouldn't tell me or allow me to speak to someone of position owner or manager?!? That only tells me this is a frequent practice! And this isn't my first time here so that being said they don't sincerely value their customers or their hard earned money they bring in supporting their hotel business and their personal lives with that money. So it comes down to poor business ethics! I own my own local company in metro Detroit since 2007 and have never had a complaint like this against my company that's because I do ethical business!!! This is a very pathetic and sad situation and Madison Heights should be embarrassed about the owners and or counter workers here who commit felonious acts without prosecution?!? Well that also let's you understand some about the city who allows this to go on within their county and city limits!!! I will also be making a BBB Complaint about this pathetic company!!!

Not a clean environment. Walls are very thin breathing can be heard. Needs to be closed down and renovated. Concern of rodents and bedbugs. Completely ran down. Checked in long enough for a couple television shows to be seen and left. Sat on the edge of the bed thee entire time. Was not comfortable with taking off my shoes. Beds looked half made as if someone had been lounging beforehand. Very disappointing to be in "Madison Heights ". Disturbing smell in the entire facility." Just throw the whole building away". 0 stars given...

I'M SO UPSET! This hotel is disgusting! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. They claimed the hotel was renovated but I couldn't tell. The rooms weren't properly cleaned! There was a bug on the bed! I went to the front desk and tried to get my money back and was told that I couldn't because it was past the 15 minutes and the manager was conveniently unavailable. Don't stay here it's not worth it!

This hotel is absolutely RAGGEDY from the outside to the inside. The staff is horrible. Holes in the walls, dirty sheets on the bed, paint chipping, iron and iron board on the floor, refrigerator cracked up, bed uncomfortable and the pillows are flat as a pancake. DO NOT stay here.

This hotel is horrible. I just booked here and my skin is crawling crackhead, prostitution, just not up to standards. I asked for a refund and he refused after the first 15minutes they can’t . The first room the tv didn’t work he changed our rooms. Directly next door then the second room smelled like cigarettes and had a plastic bag on the smoke detector. The toilet was stained and looked horrible. Moral of the story don’t ever book here period. They don’t clean the hallways. Neighbors 2 doors down knocked on the patio door looking for drugs. But had homeless signed saying will work for food. There was needle capsule stuck in the patio door. It was the worse experience ever.
