Hampton Inn Detroit/Roseville

I was honestly surprised at how nice this hotel is. The bathroom was SPARKLING clean, the room spacious, with plenty of drawers and closet space, comfortable beds (I prefer firmer, but I've been told by my SO that for soft bed people, this is great), the fridge is bigger than usual, and there's even a microwave. The whirlpool is great, and the staff was lovely.

I had a non-functioning thermostat for days and kept complaining but since it was a medical visit I couldn't really leave the hotel. They sent an obnoxious person who told me it's cold outside so you need to have heat on when I was roasting in my room with no windows to open.

Very clean room which appeared to have been recently renovated. Friendly front desk and service crew. The included continental breakfast had enough variety that everyone could find something they enjoyed to start the day. Overall it was a very nice experience.

I liked this hotel, as I do the other a Hampton Inn hotels. The waffles with the free breakfast are fantastic and having chocolate chips added just puts it over the top! The only thing that I didn't like was that I could hear the people above me on the next floor stomping around. This doesn't affect how i feel about the place at all though. The bed was comfy, a nice tv with direct and very clean
