This dealer has come along way from back in the day when Harley was a customers name, not a product. Now this is what they sell and much more! This is a great place to get a funny birthday card and gifts for that father in law whose a little out there.

I got no idea why the bad reviews for CR Harley service dept. Had my 2014 ultra serviced there for a 5k checkup July 2017 and all went perfect and washed the ride for me better than I could have cleaned it. Bike was done 1 hr before they said it would. Service with a smile and fulfiled promise. 2nd time I took it in for tires Aug 2017 made appt and got there on time and they were ready for me and put on tires and used my CR discount which saved me 80 bucks on the tires. While bike was in service dept I asked them if they could also put on 2 tie downs on the front tubes for transporting. They checked with the folks in back and said sure, so I bought those and they put them on during the tire change. Bike was still ready as promised and Michelin tires priced just as promised. Lady service reps know their stuff and still give you a smile and are on their game! I'm 68 and don't take BS, but the service folks at CR will not set you wrong. Sales rep Larry who sold me my 2014 ultra operates the same way...no BS, you get everything We promise at CR.

Went in looking for a first Harley. John was very helpful and not a bit pushy. When I said I needed to get the wife's approval first he printed out all the specs and pictures and said let us know if she says yes. Went back that afternoon for a test ride, they let me and my friend both test drive it. It was almost closing time, but they never rushed us. Very clean store and fun to visit with. It was a 45-60 minute drive from where we live, but we'll worth it. Got a great deal on an excellent used bike.

Very nice and friendly staff. Greeted as I entered with a welcoming smile by the amazingly helpful staff. Wide variety of clothing options sales associate had great taste no pressure to buy or sale. I really enjoyed my first visit at Crow River and I will be back again.
