Power Lodge - Twin Cities

Brought in my Polaris Hawkeye 300 cc to get a starter fixed. Starter job was fine, their gold service package is deceptive and not communicated well. Took more than three weeks to fix and seems like service personnel and management are not on the same page. They don’t communicate the smaller prices and in the end it came to more than 350 dollars than the service person communicated on the phone. First time customer and last time customer. I will take my 3 ATV’s and watercraft elsewhere. I suggest you do as well.

I came in as a new customer a month ago to get some boat parts and was disappointed. I'm busy in the spring so i have to get the boat prepped in late March. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENGINE OIL IN STOCK! I asked for about a dozen items on my list and all they had was lower unit oil. I asked if they could order some oil and the parts i needed and they almost laughed at me and said to come back in the spring. Great way to start off your newly advertised Suzuki and Alumacraft takeover from Cabela's. I went down the road to Riverview Sports in Elk River and they had every item on my list plus a few others they suggested.

Easy and painless purchasing process. No pressure sales approach from Brad. Answered our questions, showed us around, and helped us order up the machine that we wanted.

Always so pleased when we go into power lodge. Brad is very humble and exceeds all customer service expectations. Today we had the pleasure of dealing with Randy who is the business manager and I cannot say enough good things about him! We will never go anywhere else for our toy fix, or services! Thanks for a great experience

I would say this place is pretty nice! I spent over 10k on a wheeler. I would expect professional services. Unfortunately my sales person was not there the day I showed up. I purchased every thing over the phone and justed showed up. I wasn't to happy when I informed the sales department that I already had financing they continued to push even though I said I was covered they really want you to finance through them. Don't let them push you into their financing if you already have it. Other than that this place is really nice, they have a wide selection and staff are extremely knowledgeable in what they're doing.
