Twin Cities Harley-Davidson Blaine

Let's just start off this review by saying WOW. The new Harley Davidson store is amazing! It's sooooo big and beautiful. The customer service is absolutely 5 stars. I would have to say the new owners are going in the right direction here. You won't find a more polite and knowledgeable staff anywhere else. Thanks for the Harley kickoff party pig roast, it was delicious!

If you're looking to get a bike, you have to stop by this location to at least just check out the great store. Lindsey was amazing to work with she was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a bike. And when you're ready to upgrade the bike, the service department is amazing. Albert made it seem like I was his only concern and did everything he could to make sure I was happy when I rode off the lot. I will definetly recommend this store.

I just purchased a 2018 limited on the snow storm April 23. Salesman was great, everyone was friendly, put a phase 4 in it right away which they got done on time as promised. Picked up the bike it’s awesome, handles so tight and runs so smooth and powerful. Went back to the dealership for various reasons since, open house, questions on bike, wireless headsets came in and Brandon took the time to show us how to use them and install. Lindsey was very helpful to us as Paul was also. Jamie was also awesome with answering questions, Tim was super friendly as well as others. This bike was a 50 th birthday present —-best present ever. Jeff and Mary Mckenzie as well as Bella and Lulu ( the 2 poms) say thank you for the great experience

Good staff good selection good people. Saw a gentleman bring in his (assuming) autistic son and they brought him in back just to rev a motorcycle for him. He got so giddy and excited that I almost cried. Later I found out they've done this for this family before because it is one of the few ways he connects with people

If you are looking to get into a Harley go no further. The guys at twin cities Harley are the best. They got me set up with a new bike, I left with exactly what I wanted and more thanks to the crew there. Great work guys, I’ll always come back for another great experience!
