St. Paul Harley-Davidson

This place is the best place to buy and service your Harley! They dont play BS games when it comes to buying a bike like twin cities north and south. Saint Paul Harley staff are up and honest with what they do. They care about their employees, I like that they get out on a decent time on Saturdays. Great staff and friendly atmosphere!

I had great service at St. Paul Harley-Davidson. Tom was the main person who assisted me. He greeted me right away and took care of getting my bike fixed. Great staff! Thank you!

Very knowledgable staff, who are very kind and helpful. They'll do whatever they can to make sure you're satisfied with your experience and purchase. They respond to phone calls in a snap, even after hours, they work with the banks to get amazing finance deals, and they provide a very personable experience. With the purchase of a bike, you get lots of cool books with parts and other information, plus a tour of the facility and the people that work in various departments so that you're familiar with everything. There are a ton of clothing and accessories to choose from, although they are a bit pricey -- but they are very nice.

I have to say, as a man that is in the sales industry, and a world where great customer service is becoming a non existent word, the people that work at St. Paul Harley are the best I've experienced in my life. Adam, the gentleman I worked with was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Same goes for Dan'O! These two guys literally made my dreams come true of owning a brand new bike. If not for them going insanely above and beyond, I would not be able to say I'm now a proud owner of a brand new Harley. Absolutely impeccable customer service and integrity. I am so impressed, I cant say enough about everyone I was introduced to and how great they all are. They made what seemed to be the impossible, .. Possible. Adam and Dan'O, you guys are rock stars. Thank you for this crazy awesome experience!! If anyone out there is considering purchasing a bike, ask for these guys and I promise you,... You will walk out of that store floating on clouds!
